For Play Area Sessions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
For Birthday Parties & Special Events
Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
For payments made via online wallets or UPI, refunds will be credited back to the same account.
Rescheduling requests can be made by contacting us via phone or email, subject to availability.
No additional charges will apply for rescheduling if requested within the permitted timeframe.
No-shows or failure to arrive for a scheduled session or party booking.
Guests asked to leave due to violations of our Safety & Conduct Guidelines.
Cancellation requests made after the play session or event has started.
